Vacancy: Community Physiotherapist

Hunter AHP Resourcing is currently seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing specialist care to elderly and complex patients in the West London area.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services to patients across the community, focusing on geriatric and complex patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and deliver care to patients.
  • Conduct home visits to patients, providing physiotherapy interventions as required.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience working as a Physiotherapist in the community setting.
  • Ability to drive and access the borough efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
