Community Support Specialist

Lifeways Group is a leading provider of specialist support services in the UK, serving communities since 1995. We are seeking a dedicated Community Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning difficulties.
As a Community Support Specialist, you will be responsible for working shifts over 7 days, with varying start times between 7am and 10pm, covering 37.5 hours per week. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in health and social care, with access to funded qualifications through Lifeways Group.
To succeed in this position, you must hold a full UK driving licence, as you will be required to drive company cars. Previous experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker is highly desirable, although training will be provided to enable you to excel in this role.
We offer a competitive salary range of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including free DBS checks, discounts at high street shops, and access to employee assistance programs.
