Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
- Collaborate with team members to improve IT processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in 3rd Line IT support
- Previous Field experience is essential
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle (mandatory)
Salary: £37,500 - £47,500 per annum depending on experience
