Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves. As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the emotional and mental wellbeing of students. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and supportive environment that promotes student confidence and growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a minimum 2:1 Psychology degree and experience working with children and young people. You will be responsible for providing individualised support to students, helping them to develop communication and social skills, and working closely with teachers to implement strategies that address individual learning requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of £96-105 per day and a permanent PAYE contract. Our school values collaboration among staff, parents, and leadership to create a nurturing environment that promotes confidence and growth for all students.
