Children's Communication Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paediatric Speech Language Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals at VMCH. As a Children's Communication Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with children and their families in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The successful candidate will have experience in paediatric speech pathology and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services. You will be part of a trans-disciplinary team, working collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Music Therapists, and Psychologists to provide comprehensive support to children and their families.
Key responsibilities include providing key worker support to families and children, developing and implementing individualised intervention plans, and participating in regular team meetings to discuss progress and plan for future interventions.
A competitive salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits including professional development opportunities, flexible work arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
