Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Community Outreach Specialist to join our team at Quickline Communications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with local communities, promoting our lightning-fast broadband services, and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

The salary for this role is approximately £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing community outreach plans to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including local business owners, residents, and community leaders;
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely manner;
  • Working closely with the sales team to promote our services and drive revenue growth.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
