Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Richmond, North Yorkshire, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading and supervising care assistants, administering medication, carrying out risk assessments, and contributing to the development of services.
You will also be involved in case managing residents, liaising with families and healthcare professionals, and creating and delivering high-quality care plans.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have a strong desire to help people and put residents at the heart of everything you do. A NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience is desirable, as well as strong organizational and IT skills.
You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Our salaries vary depending on location and experience but typically range from £11-£13 per hour.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £22,880 - £27,040 based on a 35-hour workweek and assuming an average hourly rate of £12.36.
