Senior Care Assistant Opportunity At Care UK
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Care UK. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in leading and supervising shifts, case managing residents, administering medication, and developing services.
As a Senior Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising your shift team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered
- Case managing residents and building strong relationships with their families and healthcare professionals
- Administering and recording medication safely and accurately
- Carrying out risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take proactive steps to mitigate them
- Supporting residents with daily needs, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Developing services with the leadership team to continuously improve the quality of care we provide

- A salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
