Care Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Associate to join our team at Lifeways, a leading provider of specialist support services in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to adults with learning difficulties and challenging behavior.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, with day shifts scheduled across 7 days. You will be required to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as part of a rotational shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities- To provide person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues, family members, and other stakeholders to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- To maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of comprehensive care reports.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant in a similar setting.
- A valid UK driving license, as you will be required to drive company vehicles.
- An understanding of NAPPI training and a willingness to complete it as part of your ongoing professional development.
Lifeways offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect:
