Care and Support Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred care and support to customers in their own homes.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer care and support activities.

Requirements:
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Good physical health and stamina to perform care and support duties.
