Tenancy Support Professional

The Tenancy Support Professional will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals to maintain their tenancies and achieve their goals. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader/Manager
- Provide practical support to help customers maintain their tenancies, stay well, and exercise choice and control in their care and lives
- Work proactively with other members of the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities
- You must have up to NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in the social care/charity sector
- You should be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet the needs of our customers
- You will be required to adhere to Look Ahead's Policies and Procedures
