Role Overview
A dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Support Professional is sought after to work in a specialised SEN unit within a mainstream school in East London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of pupils with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties, within a dedicated SEN unit.
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups, tailoring support to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with SENCOs, teachers, and therapists to implement personalised education plans.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes learning and well-being.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with pupils with special educational needs, particularly in an SEN unit setting.
  • Patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting pupils.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, pupils, and parents.
