Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and creative KS1 Teacher to provide tailored support to young learners with developmental needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized lesson plans that adapt to each student's developmental stage, learning style, and individual needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality KS1 SEN education with an emphasis on building student confidence, curiosity, and essential skills.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary SEN team to create a supportive inclusive classroom environment.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere where students feel valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with primary teaching experience specifically in Key Stage 1; exposure to or experience in SEN settings is highly beneficial.
  • Compassionate and adaptable teaching style with a commitment to creating an inclusive environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills enabling effective teamwork with SEN professionals, support staff, and parents.
