About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Care UK. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in leading and supervising your shift, ensuring the highest standard of care is delivered to our residents.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through excellent training and ongoing support. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to create and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Liaising with families and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Supervising and guiding junior members of staff to develop their skills and confidence.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to senior staff.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills to motivate and direct your team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • A caring and compassionate approach to care, ensuring residents receive tailored support and respect.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional care and achieve shared goals.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
