Care Support Assistants

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers by providing them with the care and support they need in their own homes.
As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our customers to understand their individual needs and preferences, and provide personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support services to our customers, including assistance with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. You will also be required to communicate effectively with our customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that their needs are met.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a warm and caring approach. You will also need to be flexible and able to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
