We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Senior Care Assistant in Richmond, North Yorkshire.

Job Overview

The role involves leading and supervising care assistants to ensure residents receive the best possible care. You will be responsible for administering medication, carrying out risk assessments, and developing services with the leadership team.

Your main goal is to provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times, ensuring residents remain active and independent.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience. Strong organizational and IT skills are also essential, along with the ability to lead and supervise others.

A good understanding of care planning processes and experience in administering medication are desirable. Above all, you must have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling.

Our salaries vary depending on location and experience but typically range from £11-£13 per hour.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £22,880 - £27,040 based on a 35-hour workweek and assuming an average hourly rate of £12.36.
