Care Support Professional

We are seeking a Care Support Professional to join our team in Richmond. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities and promoting independence.
About the RoleAs a Care Support Professional, you will work closely with our team to provide support to individuals with varying needs. Your role will involve encouraging independence, managing health needs, developing life skills, and assisting with daily activities.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing personalized care plans to promote independence
- Supporting individuals with personal hygiene, medication management, and financial planning
- Encouraging community engagement and social inclusion
- Providing emotional support and advocacy when needed
We offer a competitive salary of £13.15 per hour, which reflects the market rate for this role in Richmond. In addition to your salary, you will also receive access to a range of benefits, including 20 days annual leave, pension contributions, and access to free occupational health services.
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience working in a similar capacity, preferably with individuals with disabilities. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
