About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the Richmond Adult Community College's HR team, supporting the Head of HR and collaborating with colleagues to deliver an exceptional, business-focused, flexible, and operational HR service across the college.

As a key member of the HR team, you will be highly organized and possess excellent problem-solving skills. A flexible approach, great communication skills, competence in IT systems, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role. You should also be able to work accurately and meet deadlines effectively.

You will have experience as an advisor and knowledge or experience in safer recruitment. A CIPD qualification or working towards it would be advantageous, as well as previous experience working in HR in an education setting.
