Job Title: Band 6 Community Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in West London, working within the community to provide high-quality care to elderly and complex patients.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in community physiotherapy with a focus on geriatric and complex patient care.
  • Competency in assessing and managing Discharge to Assess patients, including urgent community response and rapid response visits.
  • Possession of a full UK driving licence and ability to access the borough effectively.
Contract Details:
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Full-time contract
  • Ongoing position with regular working hours
  • Location: West London
  • Hourly rate: £25-£26 per hour
  • Frequent travel throughout the borough required.
