Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to the Marketing Leadership Team, maintaining and managing diaries, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms and software links.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing high-level administrative support and be proficient in MS Office 365. They will also be able to manage and own projects, work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing Leadership Team.
  • Maintain and manage Marketing VP diaries, arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms/software links.
  • Coordinate Marketing VP meetings and conferences, including venue/hotel booking, travel, and catering.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes, track and maintain action items to closure.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets.

Requirements:

  • Team player with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Flexible, 'can-do' attitude with high attention to detail.
  • Proven experience providing high-level administrative support.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office 365.
