We are looking for a Technical Operations Executive to join our Commercial Operations Team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in performing day-to-day administrative tasks adhering to SLA's ensuring smooth operations and support for our customers.

You will also be key in supporting internal teams such as sales, customer success, and onboarding, providing technical support, managing back-of-house operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver on projects and process improvements that drive efficiency and best practice.

Salary: £42,000 - £58,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing daily case workload in Salesforce within agreed SLAs
  • Reviewing and assessing sales opportunities
  • Efficiently resolving technical issues using back-office systems
  • Collaborating with development teams to rectify system errors
