Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical CAD Specialist for Highway Projects to join our team in Richmond. The successful candidate will have a strong background in CAD and Civil 3D software and be able to develop and implement new workflows to improve project efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and model highway, drainage, and earthworks projects using CAD and Civil 3D
  • Produce high-quality drawings and reports
  • Collaborate with the Highways team to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in CAD and Civil 3D software
  • Strong understanding of highway design and construction principles
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary and Benefits:
