At Achieving for Children, we are seeking a skilled Children's System Development Specialist to join our team. This full-time, fixed-term position (12 months) will play a key role in developing our training strategy and needs analysis for the new case management system.

The ideal candidate will have experience with delivering training needs analysis and developing comprehensive training plans. They will be responsible for creating high-quality training materials and conducting training effectiveness analysis. The successful applicant will also contribute to the development of courses and supporting materials, as well as leading the training effort as we approach go live.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to 29 days annual leave, increasing to 33 days after 2 years and 35 days after 4 years, as well as a range of staff benefits and discounts.

  • An understanding of procedures and practices relevant to children's services
