Achieving for Children is a Community Interest Company that has a public sector ethos, combined with the freedom to innovate. We are looking for a Trainer for Integrated Systems who will take a lead role in developing our training strategy and needs analysis for the new case management system.

This is a fixed-term, full-time position (12 months). The ideal candidate will have experience with delivering training needs analysis and developing comprehensive training plans. They will be responsible for creating high-quality training materials and conducting training effectiveness analysis.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to flexible working options, a comprehensive employee assistance program, and a range of staff benefits and discounts.

  • An understanding of procedures and practices relevant to children's services
