Job Summary

We seek an experienced Social Work qualified manager to lead our Single Point of Access team, supporting daily operations and partnerships. This role involves supervising various roles, including Social Workers, Contact Information Officers, and Business Support Officers.

Key Responsibilities

  • SUPPLY SENIOR LEVEL LEADERSHIP TO SINGLE POINT OF ACCESS TEAM.
  • MANAGE PERFORMANCE AND TIMELY DECISION-MAKING AT THE FRONT DOOR.
  • ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH SAFEGUARDING AND THRESHOLD DECISIONS.

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in relevant field (i.e., social work, leadership, and management) and active registration with Social Work England.
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field and experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
