Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our authors, including writing, editing, and formatting rights catalogues and newsletters, scheduling, travel planning, social media management, and other tasks as required.
Key Functions
- Write and edit rights catalogues and newsletters
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements
- Manage social media presence
- Provide administrative support to authors
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
