We are seeking an experienced Project Support Coordinator to join our team, providing essential support for various projects across Infrastructure and Utilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

The successful candidate will:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for multiple projects.
  • Deliver reports, maintain document control, and prepare presentations.
  • Ensure compliance documents are up-to-date and accurately prepared for clients.
  • Take ownership of team actions to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Aid financial management, including invoicing and monthly report preparation.

As a Project Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for understanding the day-to-day running of project teams, ensuring smooth delivery of meetings, and managing diaries efficiently.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
