About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our client's team on a 3-day per week basis. This key role demands a strategic thinker who can work closely with the entire team to drive HR processes and ensure a positive and inclusive workplace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive, engaging, and efficient work environment that aligns with the company values of trust, humanity, and humour. Key responsibilities include operating at both operational and strategic levels to support the business in achieving its objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate at both operational and strategic levels to support the business in achieving its objectives
  • Guide and support employees and management on HR-related issues, focusing on proactive solutions
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and pay processes
  • Ensure the effectiveness of end-to-end employment processes, including onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding
  • Champion legal compliance and introduce best practices, prioritizing proactive risk management
  • Assess employee engagement and productivity, recommending and implementing improvement actions

The estimated salary for this role is £52,000 - £62,000 per annum (dependent on experience); pro rata for part-time.
