About the Job

We're looking for a talented Human Resources Generalist Leader to join our team as an HR Manager on a 3-day per week basis. In this role, you'll be working closely with the team to drive HR processes and promote a positive work culture.

You'll be responsible for fostering a culture that reflects our organization's mission and embodying our values of trust, humanity, and humour. Your primary duties will include administering benefits, compensation, and pay processes, as well as ensuring the effectiveness of end-to-end employment processes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and productivity
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and pay processes
  • Ensure the effectiveness of end-to-end employment processes, including onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding
  • Champion legal compliance and introduce best practices, prioritizing proactive risk management

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience); pro rata for part-time. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and forward-thinking company.
