Job Overview:

SkyeBiz is seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a key performer in this role, you will assist in the development and implementation of our Group HR strategy within the Reward space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop strategies, frameworks, tools, technologies, and best practices for all markets globally.
  • Participate in total remuneration surveys, model salary increases, collect internal and external data, and conduct analyses to develop salary structures.
  • Evaluate roles and prepare records of validity using established evaluation systems to provide a measurement tool for internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Assist business leaders with goal/role clarification to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Implement and monitor remuneration policies, systems, and procedures to ensure competitive posture, adherence to company values/culture, and legal compliance.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members providing advice and training to ensure their continued growth and experience.
