Job Description:
Ashdown Group is looking for an HR professional to join their leadership team as a stand-alone HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with UK employment law.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead recruitment efforts for all roles within the company.
  • Mediate and resolve conflicts and manage grievance and disciplinary procedure.
  • Advise managers and team leaders on employment law and HR best practices.
  • Create or source internal training programmes.

Package:
The salary for this role is between £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer flexible working hours and hybrid working, with a 100% office-based role initially. Very good benefits are included.
