Join Scott's Richmond as a Bar Supervisor and take on a leadership role in our dynamic bar team. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities
  1. Assist in overseeing day-to-day bar operations, ensuring a high level of service.
  2. Support the Bar Manager in developing and executing creative and high-quality drink menus.
  3. Provide guidance and training to bar staff, promoting teamwork and maintaining service standards.
  4. Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a well-organized bar area.
  5. Contribute to strategies that enhance bar revenue and profitability.
  6. Handle guest inquiries and concerns related to the bar with professionalism and efficiency.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and efficient working environment.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of mixology, beverages, and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes.
