Care Services Director

We are seeking a visionary Care Services Director to lead our team in the North East and Yorkshire region. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of those who need it most.
The successful candidate will have the chance to inspire complex care services and be part of a supportive and dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in managing complex care packages and leading a team of healthcare professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership of complex care packages involving clinical interventions such as spinal injuries and acquired brain injuries.
- Lead a team of nurses and case managers to coordinate and manage care packages.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for delivering high standards of care. As a Care Services Director, you will have the skills and expertise to inspire our team and drive excellence in our services. Your salary will be up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
