We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Bartender to join our vibrant bar team. As the Senior Bartender, you will play a central role in crafting exceptional cocktails, overseeing the bar area, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a diverse range of high-quality cocktails and beverages.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards.
• Lead and inspire the bar team, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute seasonal drink menus and promotions.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
