The successful candidate will provide administrative support to x3 Directors within the Lettings Compliance and Customer Services team, organising and managing Compliance/Customer Service projects across the Lettings division.
The role involves working closely with the wider Lettings Customer Service and Compliance teams in providing support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision of administrative support to Directors, including email management, diary organisation, and minute-taking.
- Co-ordination of Compliance/Customer Service projects, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
- Management of The Lettings Industry Council (TLIC), including booking, arranging, and attending meetings, and maintaining records.
- Support to the lettings customer service and compliance team, including invoice processing and team annual leave management.
