**Your Role:** As a Stretch Therapist, you will play a vital part in helping our clients achieve optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Guide clients through a series of personalised stretches, seeking feedback to optimise their experience.
• Promote KOYO's services and educate clients on their benefits.
• Assist with studio initiatives and events to enhance community engagement.
• Support front-of-house duties during 'gap' hours.

**Requirements:**

• UK Right to Work.
• Fluent in English.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous bodywork experience and Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology (essential).
• Ability to commute to Richmond.
