**Role Overview**

Working as part of a supportive and collaborative department, you will confidently take control in the teams administration and wider office activities, liaising with clients and Savills support teams to provide a seamless service in the Interior Services division.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support to the interior consultants helping to co-ordinate and prepare all project documentation for each refurbishment project.
- Working with: works specifications, works orders, health and safety documentation, contract documents, and invoicing.
- Liaise with Interior Services colleagues to assist with recording and reconciling our team statistical data and client accounting documents.
- Provide additional admin support at month end and also when special projects require it.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal colleagues when required to provide additional support during busy periods and holiday cover to prepare furniture quotations and tenders, and arrange access for installations.
- Work closely with clients during the furniture quotation and procurement process and manage the selection, qualification, and introduction / instruction of suppliers to ensure the clients style and budget requirements are fully catered for.
- Provide excellent feedback and effective reporting to all stakeholders.
- Work effectively with other property professionals and on occasions when applicable be able to travel to attend site / team meetings.
- Work swiftly and effectively to ensure high levels of client care.
