Office Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
**Duties**:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Organize and schedule Work Load
- Manage office/workshop supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
We offer competitive pay based on experience.
Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
