Office Administration Assistant

This role is part time - 1-2 days a week, additional days may be required to cover holidays.
Office hours are 8am -4.30pm
**Duties**:
Responsible for Nominal coding and posting of staff expenses and credit cards onto Sage 50.
Perform general office duties, including answering phone and other ad hoc duties.
Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records.
Responsible for Purchase ledger coding and input onto Sage 50.
Assist with data entry and record keeping.
Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel bookings for staff members.
Provide administrative support to staff and management as needed.
**Experience**:
Previous experience in an office administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Experience with Sage 50 is a plus.
Friendly and confident phone etiquette and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems.
Familiarity with data entry processes.
