FM Conway is currently recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join our industry leading Term Maintenance division, providing contract administration support to the operational team. The is a full time, permanent position based from our Richmond depot in London. 

The duties of the Commercial Administrator role will include:

-Administering and monitoring FM Conway’s interaction with clients and their electronic financial management system (. CONFIRM or Symology)

-Preparing applications for payment and ensuring they are submitted within the required timescales

-Receipting task orders and processing all completion and maintenance certificates

-Preparing and submitting weekly resource forecasts for borough plant and materials

-Supporting the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor in client payments to avoid cashflow problems and late receipt of funds

-Liaising with site teams and the training team to ensure course attendance to maintain the competence of the workforce

-Requesting purchase orders and raise requisitions as required

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative skills, who is competent in the full Microsoft Office Suite. You will have a strong eye for detail and excellent organisational skills. Experience in the highways or construction industry would be beneficial. To be considered for this role you will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in business administration or equivalent. This role will involve travel to other FM Conway locations, therefore you must be able to drive and possess a full UK driving licence.
