Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist / Administrator to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional approach
- Answer and screen all incoming phone calls, directing callers to the appropriate individual or assisting/taking messages
- Maintain reception and meeting room areas keeping them tidy and presentable and providing stationery, refreshments and literature where required
- Manage, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing post including deliveries and packages (maintaining logs)
- Diary management including booking meeting rooms, arranging appointments and alerting individuals to key dates reminders
- Carrying out general clerical and administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, faxing, light transcribing/typist duties and data entry on our case management system (full training provided)
- Assisting with archiving of files, retrieval of deeds and maintaining digitised records
- Skills and Experience:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail required
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
- Knowledge of a document management system a bonus (but not essential)
