As a Client Services Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in maintaining high-quality interactions with clients and remotely located workers. Using your exceptional interpersonal skills, you'll ensure the quality of our data, the performance of our workers, and overall customer satisfaction remain paramount, whether communicating over the phone or through virtual platforms like Teams.

As a key member of our UK client services team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and directly impact operational processes, leading to improved outcomes. You'll be exposed to a wide array of projects and business objectives, providing valuable experience in a role that fosters professional growth.

- Proficiency in Excel, data analysis and knowledge of PowerBI.
- Strong multitasking abilities, including handling high-priority tasks and calls with ease.

- A positive attitude that contributes to a collaborative team environment.
- Self-motivation and the capacity to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness and aptitude to learn new concepts and skills.
- Confidence in raising concerns and proposing solutions to team members and managers.
- Quick adaptability to new systems, including familiarity with in-house software solutions (experience with accounting and invoicing systems is a plus).

Your qualifications should include:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- A customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in navigating computer systems, including Microsoft Office suite.
