**Customer Services Coordinator - Central Richmond - £26k - £28k Depending on experience**

**Hours of business: Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00**

Lamb Personnel are looking for an experienced Customer Services Coordinator to join our client, a busy and well-established company based in central Richmond.

This person will have continuous interaction with both internal and external customers, thus the ability to create connections and prioritise tasks, as well as the ability to display empathy and understanding while keeping a clear focus on the job expectations

**Responsibilities & Main Duties**:

- The key responsibilities will be to personally deliver an excellent service to internal and external customers as part of the Customer Services Team.
- Effective processing of complaints in accordance with the relevant protocols
- Raising relevant documentation for customers in line with our clients business.
- Manage the credit balance and requests for refunds
- Capability to use problem-solving abilities to provide effective and efficient management solutions.
- Provide consumers with a variety of financial statements and paperwork.

**Skills, Competencies and Personal Qualities**
- At least 2 years experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communicator
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good clerical skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Focused on providing excellent service to internal customers
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
