We are seeking an exceptional Multilingual Medical Information Specialist to join our team at ProPharma Group.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in life sciences and excellent communication skills to provide high-quality medical information services to clients worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering technical questions via phone, email, and other channels regarding designated products.
  • Complying with specific working practices agreed with clients.
  • Recognizing adverse events and defective product reports, handling and reporting them according to ProPharma SOPs and WPs.
  • Translating English documents into target languages or vice versa, delivering translated responses either over the phone or in writing, and quality checking these.
  • Using existing standard responses to prepare medical information correspondence or liaising with the Medical Information Support Services department to request generated medical information correspondence.
  • Logging all enquiries accurately, comprehensively, and timely.
  • Managing confidential information in line with Data Privacy regulations.
  • Maintaining awareness of and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and professional guidelines associated with providing medical information on behalf of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Performing quality checks on Adverse Events, Product Quality Complaints, and correspondence to ensure accuracy in all areas of the job.

Requirements:

  • A completed Pharmacy or Life Science degree.
  • Mother tongue/C1 level in target language and fluency in English.
  • Strong translation skills.
  • Excellent phone manner.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.

What We Offer:
