We have an exciting opportunity for a Dermatology Assistant Professional to join our team at Richmond London. As a vital member of our practice, you will play a key role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to our high standards of customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time position that requires 40 hours of work per week, with one in four weekends worked. You will receive the National Living Wage if you are aged 21 or over, and the National Minimum Wage if you are under 21.

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £28,000-£30,000 per annum, based on national averages for veterinary care assistants in the UK. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

Your primary duties will involve:

  • Providing exceptional care to clients
  • Monitoring and caring for patients, including routine tasks like walking, toileting, and feeding
  • Facilitating patient transfers to out-of-hours or enhanced care facilities
  • Administering medication under the guidance of the veterinary team
  • Maintaining adherence to regulatory, practice, and operational standards

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with colleagues. A calm and empathetic approach to client care is also essential.
