We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Development Administrator.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the business development team, ensuring the smooth execution of strategies aimed at acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing databases, preparing reports, and assisting in the development of proposals and presentations.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and managing enhancements or issues.
  • Manage the sales inbox, allocating enquiries to BDMs, and ensure efficient diary management.
  • Provide a professional and welcoming atmosphere for key customers and manage correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Proven administration experience including use of MS applications.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to research and identify new markets, customer needs, and potential areas of focus.
  • Good literate and numerical skills, with the ability to manage databases and prepare reports.

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
