We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join our Residential Property Team in Richmond, Surrey.

About the Job

This is a permanent, full-time position (4-day week option available) that involves providing administrative support to a busy team of conveyancers and solicitors within the Residential Property department.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of residential property transactions, including registering property with the Land Registry, ordering searches, and preparing completion statements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: You will provide administrative support to the team, including dictation typing and managing correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.">
  • Maintaining Records: You will maintain client files and records in compliance with legal procedures and our policies.">
  • Client Service: You will handle client enquiries and provide excellent client service over the phone and via email.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience as a Legal Secretary within residential property and conveyancing. You will also need to have strong dictation and typing skills, a professional telephone manner, and excellent communication skills.

The salary for this role is up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
