Residential Property Transaction Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Transaction Specialist with a strong background in residential property and conveyancing to join our team at Lewis Paige.

This is a permanent, full-time position, though we are happy to consider candidates seeking to work four days per week.

About the Role
  • Provide smooth processing of residential property transactions, including registering property with the Land Registry, ordering searches, and preparing completion statements.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail through dictation typing and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain client files and records in compliance with legal procedures and our firm's policies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle client enquiries and provide excellent client service over the phone and via email.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience: up to £32,000.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary within residential property and conveyancing (essential).
  • Familiarity with residential property transactions, including Land Registry procedures and property documentation.
  • Strong dictation and typing skills.
  • Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
