Agricultural Property Expert

We are looking for a skilled Rural Practice Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the consultancy's continued success and client satisfaction by providing expert advice and innovative solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality services to clients
- Foster relationships with existing and potential clients
- Mentor and guide team members
- Analyze and improve farm business efficiency
- Prepare and present detailed reports
- Act as a liaison between clients and stakeholders
- Manage complex property portfolios
- Advise on compensation and compulsory purchase
- Negotiate landlord and tenant agreements
Requirements:
- MRICS accreditation with experience in agriculture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full driving licence for local travel
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Passion for agricultural and rural development
Benefits:
