Project Delivery Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our team at Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale residential projects with high-end finishes.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion, and ensuring that the project stays within budget and meets its deadline. Your expertise will also involve:
- Managing relationships with sub-contractors and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with the Project Director to ensure project success
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A valid Black CSCS Card
- Significant experience as a Project Manager on large residential projects
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-end residential projects on time and within budget
The estimated annual salary for this position is £65,000 - £80,000, commensurate with your level of experience.
